SHF Kamen Rider Genm Zombie Gamer Level X

Hi, Accel here again bringing you the review of our GOD himself, SHF Kamen Rider Genm Zombie Gamer Level X.

I have always wanted to try out the SH Figuarts line especially the Kamen Rider series as I heard that it's one of the best and the character, Dan Kuroto, in the show just gave me a reason to jump the gun and pre-ordered it.

The sculpt and details on this figure are excellent. Bandai managed to recreate the little details of the suits from the show such as the cracked visor and life gauge bar on his chest. The blue compound eyes under the SD Gundamish eyes is also perfectly recreated.

The suit's asymmetrical design is one of the reasons why I love this suit so much.

The silver coloured vertebrae on his back is again nicely sculpted and painted. However, all those unlined panel lines is just so tempting.........hey, where is my lining marker?

As you can see, the details Bandai put on the belt and the life gauge are just amazing for an action figure.

Considering the size of the figure, the Bug Driver is nicely sculpted and painted.

The articulation on this figure is what you would expect. It has a decent range of articulation and will probably pull of most of the poses that you can imagine.

Enough with the bullshit!!!!!!!!

Kneel before your god!!!!!!!   (CRITICAL END.)

The figure comes with 6 sets of fixed pose hand. This second set of hands is the zombie grabbing hand that's probably most of us would use.

WHERE THE HELL IS MY SAVE DATA???!!!

Another thing to note about this figure is that the feet are not completely flat hence making the posing process a bit frustrating.

The colour separation on the right hand is faithfully painted with white on top of black to mimick the bones of a hand just like in the show

Br..........Bra..................Brains.....................

The attention to detail on this action figure makes it almost look like the real suit.

No amount of fire power can kill a god like me!!!!!!

Hey.......that's..............

The third set of hands enables the figure to pull out those Kuroto moment that I am sure we all fond of.

I'll let you have a taste of the consequence of rebelling against god.

I'll come back as many times as I want even if you manage to kill me!!!!! (PS: Provided I am not hit by some holy beam.)

CALIBURN!!!!!!!!!

The fourth set of hands is for holding the gashacon sparrow in it's bow mode.

There is a white peg in one of the gashapon sparrows that enables both of them to connect together. Be careful not to lose the peg though as it is tiny.

The fifth set of hands grips the gashapon sparrows in their sickle mode.

The excellent articulation from the figure enables some dynamic poses.

Details on the gashapon sparrow are nicely done with good colour separation.

 Dangerous Zombie!     Henshin........

Gashato!

Buggle Up!!!

My father once said............I am God himself...........

Houjo Emu!!!!!!! Do you know why you can henshin without receiving any surgery? Why you will have headache after henshin?

Some of reviews mentioned that the size of the broken visor and the face of the figure is a bit off compared to the suit in the show. I agree that the difference is certainly noticeable when you compare it side by side. This may break the deal for you but from my point of view, I think the sculpt of the face is fine as it is.

The possibility of the figure should allow you to pull off the Zombieish reviving move shown in the show.

It would probably be a lot easier if you have the tamashii action base in order to pull off various dynamic poses as you can clearly see that I cheated by having the other arm supporting the figure.

I will clear the game even if i have to use continue!!!!!

Consider this as the gift from God and be grateful!!!!!!!

Since this is my first SHF, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the figure completely nailed the proportions of the suits. The accessories included are also quite generous by SHF standard. The fact that this character is Dan Kuroto instantly made it an desirable item.

Pros: -Excellent rendition of the suits
-Details put into the driver and health gauge
-One of Dan Kuroto's most memorable form

Cons:-Some paint errors and visible nub marks
-The after market price of this thing
-One of Dan Kuroto's form (I swear I hear Kuroto's laughing voice everytime I look at this
          thing. XDDD)

Overall, I am glad that I got this SHF via pre order. However, I wouldn't recommend getting him now due to the after market price being doubled that of the retail price. We all know that Bandai can always and certainly will in the near future release the same figure by replacing it with a gamer driver.
That's all from me and I'll see you in the next review.
